How much does a Bali wedding photographer cost? My wedding photography packages start at IDR 7,900,000 for 2 hours and go up to IDR 25,900,000 for a full day. This guide explains what each package includes, what changes the price and what to plan for besides the photographer.
Bali Wedding Photography Prices at a Glance
Every package is photography only and includes two photographers: Iwan as your main photographer plus one associate. A wedding video can be added to any package.
2 Hours: IDR 7,900,000
100-200 photos, manually selected with standard editing, delivered in 3-4 weeks. Suits small and intimate celebrations: elopements for just the two of you, or very small weddings with two to four guests. Video add-on: IDR 6,000,000. See the 2-hour package.
4 Hours: IDR 11,900,000
150-250 photos, manually selected with standard editing, delivered in 3-4 weeks. Full coverage of the key moments without booking a full-day package, ideal for intimate weddings and elopements. Video add-on: IDR 10,000,000. See the 4-hour package.
6 Hours: IDR 15,900,000
200-350 photos, delivered in 3-4 weeks, with a lighting assistant. A good choice for a classic western-style celebration with a well-structured timeline: getting ready, ceremony, family photos, couple portraits and the early part of the reception. 8 Hours: IDR 19,900,000
300-500 photos, delivered in 3-4 weeks, with a lighting assistant. A complete, relaxed record of the day for medium to large weddings. Video add-on: IDR 18,000,000. See the 8-hour package.
Full Day: IDR 25,900,000
400-600 photos, delivered in 4-6 weeks, with a lighting assistant. Designed for traditional Asian celebrations, including Indonesian and Chinese weddings that begin early in the morning, with flexible starting hours. Video add-on: IDR 25,000,000. See the full-day package.
What Is Included in Every Package
Two photographers, so the ceremony, couple portraits, guest moments and candid details can be captured at the same time. You receive a fully edited gallery of the best images from your day: the images that tell your story, not every frame that was shot. From 6 hours, a lighting assistant is included so every moment is well lit.
Wedding Video Add-On Prices
A wedding video can be added to any package: IDR 6,000,000 (2 hours), IDR 10,000,000 (4 hours), IDR 14,000,000 (6 hours), IDR 18,000,000 (8 hours) or IDR 25,000,000 (full day). It includes two professional video crew members and three videos: a 60-second highlight reel, a cinematic clip and a full documentary-style wedding video. The 4-hour and longer add-ons include drone footage where location regulations allow. For example, 4 hours of photography plus video comes to IDR 21,900,000. See my video services.
What Is Not Included
Charges related to photography activities (such as location or entrance fees), premium editing such as body reshaping or digital manipulation, and anything not listed in the package.
What Affects the Price of a Bali Wedding Photographer
Coverage time. Longer coverage means more photos and a bigger team.
Lighting assistant. Included from 6 hours, which helps with evening and low-light moments.
Video. Added on top of the photography package.
Location. I cover the whole of Bali, including Uluwatu, Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Sanur. I also travel to Nusa Lembongan, the Gili Islands, Lombok and Labuan Bajo. For remote venues, tell me early and we will work out the logistics together.
Delivery speed. Delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks. If you need photos sooner, ask about express delivery.
How Booking and Payment Work
Fill in the reservation form and I will send an invoice shortly after. A 30% deposit confirms your date, and the remaining balance is due before the wedding day. Please read the terms and conditions for cancellations and postponements.
Book as early as you can. Some couples book a year ahead and others a week before, and I am happy to make it work if I am free on your date. Peak season is May to September.
Planning Your Photography Budget
Match the coverage to your timeline. A short ceremony with portraits fits 2 or 4 hours, while a day with a long reception fits 6 or 8 hours.
Ask about the team option. On a tighter budget, you can ask about booking my team photographers only. They are trained by me and share the same style, and availability depends on your date.
Decide on video early. It is easier to plan the day around both photo and video from the start.
Check the venue. Ask your venue about its own rules and any fees before the day.
