Meeting familiar faces is one of the most rewarding parts of being a bali wedding photographer. This year I had the joy of reconnecting with several past couples. Danielle and Ryan were one of them. I photographed their wedding thirteen years ago in a private villa in Pecatu. It feels like it happened only a moment ago. Now they returned with their son, and we created new memories together.
We spent a one hour morning session in Nusa Dua. The light was soft and perfect for a relaxed family shoot. They played on the grass, shared warm moments, and enjoyed the calm water by the beach. Their natural connection showed in every frame. Watching them interact reminded me why I enjoy documenting weddings and families. Seeing a couple move from newlyweds to caring parents is something truly special.
The session felt light and full of laughter. I enjoyed every minute with them. I feel grateful for the chance to meet them again as a growing family and to capture moments they can cherish for years to come.
